Overview
The Eviator is Montra Electric's electric small commercial vehicle — a step up from mini-trucks, with a payload of about 1,707 kg on a 10.3 ft loading deck and seating for the driver plus two.
It comes with three battery sizes: E350 (32 kWh, 140+ km real-world), E350L (40 kWh, 170+ km) and E350L+ (50 kWh, 200+ km). Montra quotes a certified range of up to 292 km. An 80 kW motor with 300 Nm gives an 80 km/h top speed. It charges from 0 to 80% in about an hour on a CCS2 DC charger, or about six hours on AC. The warranty on the E350 is 3 years / 1.5 lakh km for the vehicle and 5 years / 2 lakh km for the battery, and can be extended to 7 years / 2.5 lakh km.
